StatsGuru provides statistical consulting and data analysis services. By contacting us or using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. Scope of Work
All projects are defined by written agreement (email or contract). Work begins upon receipt of data/materials and agreed payment or deposit. Results are delivered in agreed formats (SPSS output, R script, written report, etc.).
3. Payments
Payment terms are agreed per project. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final deliverables are released upon full payment.
4. Confidentiality
All client data is kept strictly confidential. Data is used solely for the agreed analysis and is not shared with third parties. You retain full ownership of your data and results.
5. Accuracy & Limitations
Results are based on the data and specifications you provide. StatsGuru is not responsible for errors arising from incomplete, incorrect, or mislabeled data.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your research and deliverables. StatsGuru may reference project types in anonymized portfolio descriptions only with your permission.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations before work begins are refunded in full. Cancellations after work has started are subject to a charge for completed work.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Israeli law. Disputes shall be resolved in Israeli courts.
